LC ABOGADOS is a firm of solicitors dedicated to the provision of legal services. Initially we offered advice in many different areas of law, but over the years we have narrowed our scope in order to specialise in certain fields, thus enabling us to provide our clients with the best service in these particular areas.
The firm was set up in 1992 by the lawyer Pedro Pablo López Córcoles, on his return from a period working with the English legal practice Willmett & Company Solicitors, located in the town of Windsor (Berkshire-England).

In carrying out our work, we have always endeavoured to keep to the following guiding principles in the provision of our services:
• Pay the greatest attention to each case, regardless of its degree of importance.
• Personalised advice, as every client has their own needs and requirements.
• Balance our fees, in accordance with the work and sums involved in a given case.
• We always try to reach a negotiated settlement, only going to court as a last resort.
• In essence, to provide our clients with a comprehensive and high-quality service.

At present we specialise in the areas of Urban Development and the Environment; Commercial Law; and Administrative Law.
Likewise, we also offer a special service in the real estate sector, consisting in personalised advice on the purchase and sale of properties both in Spain, as well as in England, Ireland, Scotland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
